Promotion Terms – Win Your Purchase Amount Back

1. Organizer

This promotion is organized by Oppo Merchandise Group USA Inc., located at 228 East 45th Street, Suite 9E, New York, NY 10017, United States (hereinafter: “OppoSuits”).

2. Promotion Period

2.1 This promotion begins on April 1 and will continue for an indefinite period.

2.2 OppoSuits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect valid entries submitted prior to the effective date of the change.

3. Eligibility and Participation

3.1 This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

3.2 To participate, entrants must submit a product review on opposuits.com and include at least one (1) original photo or video clearly showing a product purchased from OppoSuits as part of that review.

3.3 Only submissions made through the official review functionality on opposuits.com will be considered valid entries.

3.4 Limit: Entries must relate to a completed order. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry corresponds to a separate order.

3.5 By submitting an entry, participants represent and warrant that:

• the submitted content is original and created by the participant;
• the content does not include artificial intelligence (AI), deepfake technology, or other digital manipulation that materially alters the authenticity of the image or video;
• the participant owns all rights to the submitted content;
• the content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• any identifiable individuals appearing in the content have provided their consent for use.

3.6 OppoSuits reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether any submission complies with these Terms and to disqualify any entry that does not.

3.7 OppoSuits reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify submissions that:

• violate these Terms;
• are fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive;
• contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content;
• do not align with OppoSuits’ brand values.

4. Prize and Winner Selection

4.1 Each calendar month, OppoSuits will select one or more winners from all eligible entries received during that month.

4.2 The number of winners selected each month is determined at OppoSuits’ sole discretion based on the quality and suitability of submissions.

4.3 Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the OppoSuits brand.

4.4 Each winner will receive a refund equal to the purchase price of the order associated with the winning entry, excluding any shipping costs, and only if the order has been fully paid and not returned.

4.5 Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, where possible.

4.6 No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at OppoSuits’ sole discretion.

4.7 OppoSuits’ decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

4.8 OppoSuits reserves the right to disqualify any participant or invalidate any entry in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. OppoClub Points

5.1 Participants who are registered members of the OppoClub loyalty program will receive fifty (50) OppoClub points per valid entry.

5.2 Points will be credited within a reasonable timeframe after submission.

5.3 OppoSuits reserves the right to withhold or revoke points in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. License and Use of Content

6.1 By participating in this promotion, participants grant OppoSuits a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and create derivative works from the submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

6.2 This license includes, but is not limited to, use on:

• OppoSuits websites;
• email marketing campaigns;
• social media platforms;
• digital and print advertisements;
• other promotional materials.

6.3 OppoSuits may edit, adapt, crop, or combine submitted content with other materials, provided that the overall meaning is not materially altered.

6.4 OppoSuits may grant sublicenses to third parties, including marketing agencies and partners, for the purposes described above.

7. Removal Requests and Future Use

7.1 Participants may request that OppoSuits cease future use of their submitted content by contacting customer support. OppoSuits will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe for channels under its direct control.

7.2 Content that has already been published, distributed, or incorporated into prior campaigns cannot be fully withdrawn.

7.3 Any removal request applies only to future use of the content.

7.4 Such requests do not affect the validity of participation or any prizes already awarded.

7.5 Due to technical and practical limitations, complete removal of all distributed content cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 OppoSuits is not responsible for:

• technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to network, server, or platform issues;
• lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
• any interruptions or errors in the submission process.

8.2 Participation in this promotion is at the participant’s own risk.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, OppoSuits, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with OppoSuits’ Privacy Policy.

9.2 Such information will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in connection with the rights granted under Section 6.

10. General Conditions

10.1 This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

10.2 OppoSuits reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

10.3 Any attempt by any individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law. OppoSuits reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
